One of Best Mobile's key feature ensures fairness and trust between car owners and technicians through transparency and accountability. To achieve this, I created a job completion flow that ensures both parties are aligned before any payment is released. When a technician marks a job as completed, they’re required to upload images and a short note confirming the work done providing visual proof of the repair. Once submitted, the car owner receives a notification to review the images, test their vehicle, and confirm the repair within a 3-day grace period. During this window, the payment remains on hold, giving car owners time to validate the repair quality before approving. Once confirmed, the technician’s payment is automatically released creating a system that encourages transparency, trust, and accountability on both sides.
